The “Amsterdam F” built by RE Becker Builders Contains:
- 1531 square feet of space
- Three bedrooms
- Master bedroom: 11ft 10in X 11ft 0in
- Second bedroom: 10ft 4in X 12ft 10in
- Third bedroom: 12ft 2in X 10ft 6in
- Kitchen Island
- 2 Car Garage (optional)
- Vinyl Plank Floor
The Exterior of this home is nothing short of stunning. The contrast between the black and white does and excellent job of catching the eye and drawing you in, especially the large black beams on the porch and going across the top of the garage.
The porch, which is an option on the home, has a lovely swing at the end of the landing and beautiful black light fixtures on either side of the door. It really gives the home a welcoming and inviting feel that a lot of times modern looking homes don’t have.
Entering through the front door, you are greeted with a modern open floor plan. The living room is to the left and the kitchen and dining room are straight ahead.
While this home isn’t the largest, the open floor plan does a really great job of opening up the space and making it feel a lot larger than it is.
Kitchen & Dining Room
The first thing you notice when entering the kitchen area is the giant island in the middle. It is lined with cabinets on the far side and has so much room for seating on the other side. In the model there are stools for four, so you could really fit the whole family right at the island for an informal meal.
The main section of the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is lined with even more cabinet and counter space. There is definitely enough room to store all of your kitchen gadgets and to prep any kind of meal you can imagine!
Just off the kitchen is the dining room. The dining room is a really nice size and could definitely fit a large table for six or even eight people. There is also room for a little buffet table or hutch against the wall. Opening up the room and providing tons of natural light is the double sliding glass door that leads out to the backyard or patio.
Guest Bathroom & Bedrooms
The next stop in the “Amsterdam F” is the guest bathroom. There is a single vanity as soon as you enter the room and while it is only one sink, it has plenty of counter space. Across from the vanity is the linen closet. It is really nice to have a linen closet inside of the bathroom. I feel like that is a feature that is often overlooked and linens are stored in a hall closet. Having that space inside of the bathroom is very convenient. At the back of the bathroom is a standard size shower/tub combo.
Next, we come to the two guest bedrooms. One is slightly larger than the other, but both are still a really nice size. More importantly, both have nice sized closets!
Saving the best room for last, we head back across the home to the master suite. The master bedroom is a very long room, which you can really do a lot with because of the size and shape of the space.
I love the huge double window in the room that lets in tons of light. Some blackout curtains might be necessary at night, but there is nothing better than being able to whip open the curtains in the morning to a bright and cheerful sunshine morning. Next to the master bath is the walk-in closet where there is plenty of shelving and places to hang clothes.
The bathroom in the master suite has a beautiful single vanity with a large counter area. The mirror above the vanity spans the entire wall and goes all the way down to where it meets the vanity countertop, which is very nice. The bathroom also has a large standup shower and a nice little linen closet.
The “Amsterdam F” is a small but mighty home that packs a lot of punch and it really is the best modular home in Ohio. What did you think of the home? Is it enough space for you?
