Site-Built Home Exterior
The exterior of this beautiful site-built home is exemplary! The front of the home features shake-shingle siding, exposed rustic beams, and a wonderful stone foundation. Above he covered porch are two cute gables that, along with the dormer above the garage, give this home some amazing curb appeal.
The backside of the “Beverly II” does not hold anything back either. The elevation of the home is slightly altered due to the terrain, but there is a large covered back porch and massive windows looking out of the living room and master bedroom.
7 Ways To Acquire Your Mortgage Without Stress
The one thing I love about Schumacher Homes’ various site-built homes (well, there is many) is the various exterior packages that are available with each floor plan. So while this is the modern hill country exterior, the home could also have several other looks including, craftsman, coastal, classic farmhouse, and more.
Stepping Inside Schumacher Homes Beverly II
When you first step inside the Beverly II, you are greeted with an open foyer. To the right of the foyer is a large, open office with a huge window and two incredible decorative pillars. To the left of the foyer is the formal dining room. This room features a stunning wallpaper accent wall and two lovely chandeliers hanging eloquently over the dining room table.
Kitchen and Living Room
From the foyer, you enter the living room and kitchen, which are open to each other. The ceiling is total eye candy with a thick beamed coffered ceiling. I mean it is remarkable! The living has an exquisite grey accent wall that really makes the tiled gas fireplace surround and t.v. mount pop. Then, what would a stunning living room like this be with out beautiful windows that brighten the whole space up.

Into the kitchen, we go, and wow! In the middle of the kitchen is a grand oversized island with enough seating space for an entire choir group… no, not really. But it does have a lot. On the other side of the island, you will see the sink, dishwasher, and a plethora of soft-close cabinets. All of this is topped with beautiful quartz countertops.
To the left of the island, as you face the kitchen, is the refrigerator surrounded by floor-to-ceiling pantry closets. On the back wall of the kitchen, there is a massive counter that plays host to the cook top and above it, more cabinets than I could ever dream of. And all the way at the end, next to the sliding glass door to the porch, is a built-in microwave and oven.

The Guest Rooms
On the opposite side of the home, back through the living room, are the two guest bedrooms. There is a small corridor and to the right is the first bedroom. The room itself measures in at approximately 14’0″x11’0″ and has a step-in closet on the rear-facing wall.
The second bedroom, which is to the left as you enter the corridor, is at the back of the home. It measures in at approximately 12’0″x12’0″ and has its step-in closet on the wall backing up to the living room. Sitting in-between these to rooms is the first full bathroom. It has a single vanity and a shower and tub combo.
100 Questions Every First-Time Home Buyer Should Ask
Bonus Room and Garage
Back across the home and through the kitchen is a large hallway. The first thing you will see is the entrance to the master suite, but we will get to that in a bit. Next to the master suite is a set of stairs leading up to the bonus room over the garage.
That is the only part of this home that is two stories and since it is a bonus room it doesn’t count. Or maybe it does. Either way I’m still calling this a single-story home and you can tell what you think in the comments. HOWEVER, the bonus room is massive and even has some usable dormer space. It measures approximately 21’0″x23’0″.
Back down the stairs and continuing down the hall, you come to your laundry room, and immediately next to that is the half bath room. Then all the way at the end is the entrance to your garage. (Note: In this model, the garage was their office so somethings weren’t as they should be.)

The Master Suite
I probably say this in every tour but, Schumacher Homes has some of the most stunning master bedrooms. I just can’t get enough of them. When you first enter this one of two things will pop out at you. The first is the super-deep tray ceiling. It looks phenomenal! The second is the beautiful accent wall back behind the great big king-size bed. I’m telling you, I just get excited.
Okay and maybe it should be three things because that window is absolutely ridiculous and makes me want to plop this home back in the woods and wake up every morning with magical views of a forest. And for those of you not currently in dream land with me and just care about facts, the room’s dimensions are approximately 14’0″x17’0″.
Attached to this magnificent master bedroom is the en-suite, which is every bit as charming. It features a beautiful double vanity with some 3d tile backsplash and a large linen closet. The hall mark of this en-suite, to me at least, is the lovely garden tub and floor-to-ceiling window.
Not that I am a bath taker but it just looks really nice and would make me feel some kind of swanky every time I walked in. But that’s not all this bathroom also has a super large walk-in shower that has a tile surround.
Conclusion
Do I think this is one of Schumacher Homes’ best site-built homes? Yes. Yes, I do. Now, the Coastal Carolina is by far my favorite but I love the open design yet split bedroom layout that this home incorporates. Let me know what you think down in the comments.
