Board and batten siding adds additional charm and contrast to the exterior. A covered front porch welcomes guests and provides space for rocking chairs or a porch swing. While this home does not include a garage, you can work with the Homes by Vanderbuilt team to discuss garage options.

Modular Home Interior Plans

The modular home’s interior boasts 2,433 square feet, a subtle open-concept floor plan, and an abundance of charm. The arched doorways greet you immediately upon entrance and extend throughout the home.

When you enter the home, you are greeted by a sneak peek into the living room, dining area, and kitchen. While the home doesn’t necessarily have an open-concept floor plan, you’ll find there’s still a seamless flow. A smart thermostat and energy star appliances boast energy-saving benefits for a future homeowner.

Living Room

The sun-soaked living room resides just off the entryway. The living room features crown molding, recessed lighting, carpet flooring, and a sliding glass door offering access to the backyard.

There are two additional double-hung windows; and three transom windows, which cast natural light into the room. The sliding glass door provides unmatched access to the backyard of the home. This feature is perfect for creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow from the living area to the backyard.

Plus if you have a dog, just opening the door to a fenced-in backyard is incredibly convenient.

Kitchen

To the right of the main living room sits the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen features a grand island, a built-in microwave, warm plank floors, a tile backsplash, and recessed lighting. The island includes storage, outlets, and room for two barstools.

The eat-in kitchen includes ample counter and cabinet space. All the soft-close cabinets throughout the kitchen are flat-panel maple or oak. Beyond the kitchen, an adjoining hallway leads to a walk-in pantry. The pantry includes two wire, built-in shelves, and a window overlooking the home’s backyard.

While the location of the pantry is a tad unconventional, you’ll find the pantry is still incredibly spacious and easily utilized.

Dining Area

Just off the kitchen, the spacious dining area features plank flooring and crown molding. The dining area easily fits six at a rectangular table. The floor plan allows the kitchen and dining areas to seamlessly flow into one another.

If you select the two-story floor plan, you’ll access the second story via a set of stairs just beyond the dining area.

Master Suite

The master suite measures 17’14”x12’10” and resides on the opposite side of the home from the additional bedrooms. The expansive master suite boasts carpet flooring, an en-suite bathroom, and access to one of two walk-in closets.

The first walk-in closet is expansive and includes wire built-ins and an L-shaped bench window seat. There is a custom upgrade available if you would prefer to switch out the wire built-ins for wooden shelving instead.

Master En-Suite Bathroom

The master en-suite bathroom features a large double vanity. A convenient makeup table resides between the two vanities and a soaking tub encompasses the corner. The tile-surround walk-in shower boasts a rainfall shower head.

The en-suite bathroom also provides access to the second walk-in closet. If you don’t want the second walk-in closet in the primary bathroom, you can remove the closet and expand the living area instead.

Additional Bedrooms

The home features two additional bedrooms. The first measures 13’0”x12’10,” and the second measures 12’8”x12’10”. Each bedroom includes carpet flooring and close space.

The full, hall bathroom resides across the hall from the second and third bedrooms. This bathroom includes a tubbed shower, single vanity, and tile flooring.

Mudroom + Laundry Room

The home includes an oversized mudroom/laundry room combination. This room boasts additional cabinets, a wash basin, and washer and dryer hookups.

There is also a space for a second refrigerator/freezer. A door off the mudroom grants access to the side yard.

Media Room

Access the spacious media room from the main living room via a glass-pane door. The oversized room serves as a separate living area with a built-in media center, stone accent walls, and carpet flooring. This room also serves as the perfect playroom to hide away toys with ease.

Upstairs

The “Riverside” floor plan does provide the opportunity for a second story. While the space is unfinished, you’ll have ample opportunity to design the home how you best see fit.
